I oversee every aspect of the business—from selecting sought-after scents to ensuring each decant is prepared with care. As a small, woman-owned business, I’m committed to bringing rare and exquisite fragrances within reach—so everyone can experience a bit of luxury.
Our Operations & Fulfillment team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From carefully preparing and packaging each fragrance to managing supplies and coordinating outgoing orders, they help ensure every Decant Diva order is handled with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. They’re an essential part of getting your favorite fragrances from our collection to your doorstep.
Though he’s not involved in much day-to-day operations, he runs the public relations… with our bank account! As our unofficial Financial Operations Manager (and chief sounding board for all my grand ideas), he’s the biggest supporter behind the scenes—and also makes sure we keep the lights on!
Our Fragrance Research & Development Manager helps shape the Decant Diva collection by keeping a pulse on new releases, emerging trends, and sought-after scents. From researching fragrance houses and scouting new additions to sourcing great finds, she helps ensure our collection stays fresh, exciting, and thoughtfully curated.
